CRASH
Machine designed to wrinkle fabrics with a width up to
3,000 mm ( when fabrics are very light)
It is especially effective on shuttle and jersey fabrics.
Both can be manufactured at a working speed of 1,200 mm/hour
/working session.
Fabric-feeding is made easier by means of a motor-run
cylinder which leads the fabric to the in-tray of the
machine. This is connected to the piston-wrikling-system.
The out-tray is complete of a sock where the wrinkled
fabric rests while waiting for being thermofixed. This
process will be performed in a steam box at a temp. of
80 or 90 °C for 20 / 30 minutes.
The wrinkling-effect can be stressed by processing the
fabric several times.
The machine can wrinkle cloths,
scarves, shawls, small curtains, and clothes, provided
their thicknesses match with its features.
