FANTASY
The “FANTASY” pleating machine
is fully computerized and aimed to
the production of flat parallel pleats,
bell pleats and fantasy patterns.
The peculiar mechanic of its knife
allows side and slantwise movements
of the knife itself.
In this way, many new effects and
combinations can be obtained.
Thanks to the substitution of the
standard knife with other models,
which are supplied with different
shaped blades, waved and “creased”
patterns can be manufactured.
Every movement of the knifes is
obtained by steppless motors, which
make the machine versatile and
noiseless.
The electronic equipment consist of
a PC and a cabinet holding the
power electronics for the control of
the five motor axes and the heat
regulators.
Programs executed on the PC with
colour monitor are filed on the hard
disk so that they can always be
recalled and/or modified.
The programs can easily be modified
and are recorded on a floppy
disk.
The heating of the main rollers can
be preset and the machine, when
the workers arrive, is ready for
production.
Possibility to connect with a printer,
in order to obtain a visual filing. |
