RUFFLE
Pleating machine especially designed for manufacturing
fabric rolls, fabric cloths, ready made garments, shawls
and scarves,
leathers. Easy working-with, excellent quality of the
produced materials and pattern-easy-changing, achieved
by simply
shifting some steel-ropes, are peculiar to Ruffle/160.
Ruffling effect can be de-or- increased by setting a different
ruffling percentage. Moreover, particular drape effects
are obtained
by releasing its steel- ropes. Ruffling effects are mainly
appreciated in the leather-fashion-field, in the fashion-accessory
industry and among curtains manufacturers. The machine
is supplied complete of an outlet winding device and of
a 4P
electronic control device. On request, the machine can
be equipped with an unwinding device for support-paper
and fabric. |
