HARMONY
Clemipiega Harmony/160 is a pleating machine especially
designed for the production of stand-up pleat. It can
pleat papers,polyester,nomex,
glass-fibres,Pvc etc.
The machine is complete of a quick-charge- device for
varying the height of the pleat dramatically reducing
the time usually taken by such operations.
It is equipped with two Plansthal-steel plates. One flat
resistance is placed into each of therm. The resistances
raise temperature from 0°C up to 200°C.
All moving parts of the machine run on high precision
beams; the parallelism of the plates when lifting and
lowering is granted by means
of linear ball bearings.
The counter-pressure –system is controlled by 4
pneumatic pistons complete of a manometer, which controls
the back-push of the materials.
Harmony/160 has been designed according to high quality
materials and components, aiming to a long lasting machine
able to grant the
same working standard during its whole working life. |
